All prints are shipped within 1-2 business days of order receipt. Shipping to the US is approximately 7-10 business days. Shipping outside of Canada and the USA is approximately 10-14 business days.

Yes, we definitely take custom requests for new prints. However, not all requests can be fulfilled. Please list any specific landmarks or areas that you would like included in the print and we will do our best to include them. Turnaround time for new prints varies based on volume, but is usually 1-4 weeks. If you require a rush order please let us know, as most requests can be accommodated. Once your print has been drafted we will email you a picture for approval.

Unfortunately, we only take requests for print styles currently listed on the website. We do not create prints that are very personal in nature.
Yes. If you are purchasing a print for a special occasion such as a wedding or graduation we can add names, dates, etc. to the print. Please leave any details in the "notes to seller" portion upon checking out. We will email you a draft of the print with the additional information and will not ship until you approve the print.
Yes. City names or print titles can be changed and wording can be removed. Please leave any requests in the "notes to seller". Drafts will not be emailed unless specifically requested.
Yes. Please refer to the Sizing link on each listing for the actual print and paper sizes. In general, your frame needs to be larger than your print size to accommodate the border. For example, for the 8.5x11 print, the opening of the frame should be 8x10 and the total frame size a minimum of 8.5x11. Similarly with the 11x14 (picture opening of 11x14 and frame a minimum of 14x18, but we recommend a 16x20 frame with an 11x14 opening) and 16x20 (picture opening of 16x20 and total frame size a minimum of 17x23). Please avoid purchasing the thin metal frames from drug stores or craft stores. These frames are not made for prints, but rather pictures of an exact size without borders.
Yes, we generally offer wholesale. Prints must be purchased in lots of 10 or more and pricing is based on volume. Please contact us at Wholesale@BirdAve.com for additional information.
